QUESTIONS

  • How far in advance should I book my appointment?
    To better ensure the availability of your preferred appointment date and time, we advise all clients to book and finalize their appointments at least 2 calendar weeks in advance
  • What kind of hair is recommended for my service?
    Quickweaves and Bobs: Visso Brands Ponytails: 1 pack of 16” or longer Blaze hair Standard Install: 100% virgin hair
  • How long should I keep my install in?
    Up to 6-8 weeks.
  • How long do CCXI Beauty hair extensions last?
    We sell the highest quality luxury hair extensions. Therefore, with the proper care and maintenance, our extensions can last for several years depending on wear.
  • When should I provide the stylist with my hair for coloring services?
    For coloring, your extensions should be dropped off to the CCXI Beauty Lounge the Saturday before your scheduled service.
  • How much hair should I purchase?
    For a full installation, we recommend 10-12 ounces of virgin hair and each bundle weighs 3.5-4 ounces. For lengths longer than 18", you'll need 3-4 bundles of hair For lengths between 14-16 inches, you'll need 2-3 bundles of hair
  • What kind of lace should I purchase for my frontal or closure install?
    HD or Transparent lace is the ONLY lace our stylists will use to service clients.
  • When should I drop off my frontal or closure for lace preparation?
    Any lace-based hair products (frontals, closures, full-lace wigs, etc.) must be dropped off to the CCXI Beauty Lounge the Saturday before your scheduled appointment.
  • What is your Shipping Policy
    If we ship through US Mail, we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We shall not be held responsible for distributors’ duties, taxes and other levies governing the local administrations.
  • What is your Return Policy
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law.
  • What is your Payment Policy
    You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (1) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (2) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, and (3) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
